Scope of miscellaneous transportation business
Bulk cargo import: The designated carrier ships stop at the port of shipment and receive delivery from the shipper at the bottom/alongside the ship according to loading and unloading terms. Unload at the destination port and arrange inland transportation to the factory/warehouse.
Bulk cargo export: Arrange vehicles/barges to load goods at inland factories/warehouses and transport them to foreign trade terminals. Collect the goods and arrange for ship side lifting and tying after the carrier ships dock at the port. After the carrier ship leaves the port, it tracks the ship's dynamics in real time and provides the consignee with the shipping schedule information and destination port vessel agent information.
Domestic bulk cargo: acting as an agent for domestic bulk cargo ship transportation, including chartering and booking, inland towing, and door-to-door delivery services.

Bulk grocery operation process
1. Taking orders
The principal and the agency engage in chartering business and establish charter terms based on the unloading capacity of the unloading port.
2. Provide booking information
The principal shall provide the port of shipment and discharge, the name, quantity, and total volume of the goods, loading and unloading rates, the waterline at the loading and unloading ports, the earliest time the goods are ready, transportation terms, and whether the trade contract has been signed.
3. Provide customs declaration information
After identifying the transportation agency and customs declaration agreement with the client and agency company, the client shall notify the user in advance of the required complete set of customs declaration documents and photocopies based on the arrival time of the ship at the unloading port.
4. Bulk cargo loading and unloading
According to the notification from the agency, arrange the work of cargo collection, loading, and unloading at the port reasonably.
5. Documents provided
Inspection authorization letter, inspection form, contract, invoice, foreign water gauge weight certificate, quality certificate.
6. Paid
Settle the relevant fees according to the agreed time in the agreement.
7. Goods tracking
Provide relevant shipping information for the client to query and keep track of ship dynamics.
Precautions for handling loose and miscellaneous items
1. Export tariffs are imposed on the product according to the customs commodity tariff regulations.
2. The time limit for import customs declaration shall be 14 days from the date of declaration of the transportation vehicle for entry. If the customs certificate exceeds the deadline, a late declaration fee shall be charged. If the tax is not paid within 14 days of the tax invoice, the customs shall impose a late payment fee.
3. The legally paid fees include customs duties, inspection fees, etc.
