Operation process
1. Accept orders and book shipping space
Due to the special nature of large goods, we need to provide an export consignment note to our company 7-14 days in advance. The consignment note should indicate the Chinese and English product name, box type, accurate size of the goods, and special requirements. The refrigerated container customer also needs to provide the required temperature, ventilation, and humidity for the goods.
2. Packing and box inspection
The oversized goods are calculated by professional personnel from the shipping company based on the pallet information and actual shipping list.
The refrigerated goods also need to be inspected to ensure that the boxes are intact, clean, and can maintain the temperature required by the customer.
Provide customs declaration information
Provide a complete set of export customs declaration documents for the goods four to seven working days in advance,
